Whether you work in a Christian or secular organisation, own a business or lead a team, you will have to deal with different situations and challenges. As a Christian, or someone with Christian values, the way ahead may not always be clear. You may wish to work in an ethical way to promote what you do and how you do it, living from your heart or your soul, but struggling to find alignment. You may want to know how to live a good and fulfilling life. You may be a woman aspiring to be a leader in a male dominated world.

My role is to help make this easier for you by being a sounding board and someone who will support you in prayer. During the sessions you will form Christ-centred goals that help you focus on the path ahead and encourage you in tricky situations. I have been a coach since 2011, and I will use my skills as a Christian faith-based coach to help you, not with my strength alone, but with the power of the Holy Spirit.
During the one-to-one coaching programme, you can expect to feel affirmed, supported in prayer and encouraged to focus on the plans that God has put on your heart. What better way to live than to feel you are achieving your ultimate purpose!

Hello from Krys
I live in the fabulous Yorkshire town of Ilkley. I am married with two grown-up sons, and my hobbies include walking, weaving and most recently crocheting.
My passion has always been to help people go from where they are to where they would like to be. For the last 30+ years have been in Learning and Development, first as a trainer and most recently as a consultant.
I have also been a qualified coach since 2011 and have loved watching people grow and change. In the since 2017, I have also been a Christian faith-based coach, coaching Christians in business and senior pastors in the UK. I am a deacon in my church and have served as such for the last few years. My ministry is in the area of prayer.
My heart is to see Christians in the workplace not only flourish but grow in their influence and confidence. I have been part of and run various groups to do just this and used my Christian coaching skills to further this ambition.
As a Christian business owner or a Christian in an organisation, it is not always easy, and my mission is to help you in your journey. As a Christian coach, I will commit to pray for you regularly outside of our meetings.

We often think about things that need doing but fail to act; coaching is a great

In 2019 I received 6 excellent sessions of coaching from Krystyna. Her approach was focussed, yet relaxed. The sessions helped me gain clarity on numerous issues and tasks. This clarity helped me gain momentum in moving forward, some of these were work tasks and others were around values and core principles that I needed to develop and hone. Krystyna expertly knew when to slow the pace of a session to allow me time for deeper reflection and she often had a sense of when the Holy Spirit wanted to speak and guide.
